Login Page
The Tienda POS allowing admin to create as many user accounts as needed.
- Enter user id & password for the access to Tienda POS.
- Then click ‘LOGIN’ button.
Dash Board
After successful login Tienda POS dashboard will open. The Dashboard provides a view into the current state of the POS.
From here, user can know about the open ticket.
- From here, user can open new ticket.
- User can edit the ticket.
- User can reopen the voided ticket.
- User can print and settle the ticket.
- From here admin can create, edit and delete user, user group, item category, item group and item.
- From here admin can know the details report.
Create a ticket
From dashboard the user can create the new ticket to click on the ‘NEW’ button.
Order Item
From here user can select the item from the list.
- After create the new ticket, the item list will appear.
- From here user can give the kitchen instruction.
- From here user can add or remove any food from the order item list.
- Then click on the ‘Finish’ button for kitchen print.
- After that the open ticket shown in the dashboard.
Edit Ticket
User can edit any ticket.
- From dashboard user can select any ticket.
- Then click on the ‘EDIT’ button.
- After clicking on the edit button the food items will open. From there user can add or remove any item/items.
Void Ticket
User can void any ticket.
- User can select any ticket from dashboard.
- Then click on the ‘VOID’ button.
- Then the void reason box will appear.
- Then the ticket is voided.
Reopen Ticket
User can open any voided ticket by clicking on the ‘REOPEN’ button.
- User click on the ‘REOPEN’ button.
- Then the table id number box will open.
- Then the voided ticket will reopen.
- Then click on the ‘Finish’ button.
- Then the ticket will add on the dashboard.
Split Ticket
user split any ticket.
- User can split any ticket.
- User can click on the ‘SPLIT’ button.
- Then the Split Ticket will open. Then the current ticket will split.
- Then click on the ‘SPLIT’ button.
Print Bill
User can print the bill.
- User can click on the open ticket.
- Then click on the ‘PRINT BILL’ option.
Take Out
For parcel or home delivery service the take out use.
Ticket Info
From here user can settle the ticket.
- User selects any ticket from the dashboard.
- Then click on the ‘TICKET INFO’ for detail information of the ticket.
- Then click on the ‘CANCEL’ button.
Settle the Ticket
From here user can settle the ticket.
- To click on the ‘SETTLE’ button the transaction type box will appear
- From there user can click on the any type.
Cash Transaction
After clicking on the ‘Cash Transaction’ button then the cash transaction box will appear.
From there user can settle the check.
Card Transaction
After clicking on the ‘Card Transaction’ button then the cash transaction box will appear.
From there user can choose the card type, tips amount and change the settle mode.
Combo Transaction
After clicking on ‘Combo Transaction’ button the combo payment type box will appear.
From there, user can choose any option.
A&G Settlement
It is a type of settlement.
Bill to Company
- User can click on the ‘Bill to Company’ button.
- Then bill to company box will appear.
- There user gives the company name and click on the settle button.
User Group Master
This module is used to add, edit, delete and search any user group.
User Master

Item Category Master
This module is used to add, edit, delete and search item category.
Item Group Master
This module is used to add, edit, delete and search user.

Tax
From here, user can click on the ‘TAX’ button for tax details.
Report
Admin can click on the ‘REPORT’ button for details report.
- Admin click on the ‘REPORT’ button.
- Then report box will appear.
- From there admin can choose report type, and date range.
- Then click on the ‘SEARCH’ button.
A&G Report
- From there admin can know the A&G report, report date and report date range and other information.
Here admin can know the item name, price, quantity and subtotal.
Item Wise Hit Report
- It is a report which gives us item sold out hit on the selected date range
Journal Report
- This report shows the action of the check.
From this report admin can know the check user, check id and date.
Open Ticket Summery Report
- This is a report which shows the open ticket record.
Sales Report
- From here, admin can know the daily sales report.
Server Productivity Report
- This report shows the action of the check.
From this report admin can know the check user, check id and date.
Transaction Report
- By this report admin can know the transaction report.and details report
Discount Report
- From there admin can know the discount details.
Void Report
- Admin can know the details report of voided ticket, void reason and other.
